John Bailey

John was born and raised in Sparta, Tennessee, and has built his career serving the local community. He began working in the salvage, transportation, and logistics industry in 2018 with Bishop's Magic Towing in Sparta, where he developed a strong foundation in operations and customer service.

In 2022, John joined Mid Mountain Transmission, further expanding his industry expertise by working with aluminum sweat furnace operations. During his time there, he gained valuable knowledge in material grading, metallurgy, alloy composition, and production processes.

John joined Sparta Metal Processing in 2024 and quickly became proficient in the company's products and the high operational standards required for shipping and receiving.

Outside of work, John is a devoted husband and proud father of three. He is an avid motorsports enthusiast and remains actively involved in the Sparta community he has called home his entire life.
